Multitasking is a requirement when working in a call center.
You need to be able to do more than one thing at a time and can

Phone Manner
Considering that people in a call center setting have
constant conversations with clients all day, proper phone
manner is required. You need to be both polite and respectful
to clients and respect their feelings. Having proper phone
manner can also set a good reputation for the company that you
